Shri Malkhede has worked on Central Railway in various positions across Operations deptt., Commercial deptt. and General administration. He has worked as Senior DivisionalCommercial Manager (Sr.DCM) of Mumbai Division CentralRailway,Dy.COM(Freight),DGM(Gen),Dy.CVO(Traffic) andotherpositions. He has worked on deputation to IRCTC during the years 2015 to 2019, heading the West ZoneasGroup General Manager. Hehasalso been on deputation toCONCOR during1999-2004, whenhe setup Inland ContainerDepot (ICD) at Aurangabadand also headed ICD Nagpur. Shri Arvind Malkhede isaMechanical Engineer by education.HeisaChevening Gurukul Scholar and has undergone Leadership and Management programme at prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and got exposure to international institutions in Europe.He has also undergone various trainings and programmes at INSEAD Singapore ICLIF Malaysia, in Hongkong, Germany etc.He is closely involvedin socialworkwith NGOs working on street childrenin Mumbai.
