Company Secretary
Smt. Ritu Varshney is the Company Secretary of Western Coalfields Limited w.e.f. 07/10/2022. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a law graduate. She has joined Western Coalfields Limited in April, 2022 as Senior Manager. She has obtained Best Group Project Award on “SEBI Takeover Code” at Secretarial Modular Training Programme (SMTP). Mrs. Varshney is closely associated with the professional body ICSI.
